Italian dance team Charlene Guignard/Marco Fabbri will be the last of the top dance teams to make their Grand Prix debuts this season. They will most certainly be the headliners here and the runaway favorites for gold. But it will be a very interesting battle for silver between two teams, one of which is going to have the home crowd in their hands.

GOLD Charlene Guignard/Marco Fabbri ITA - With wins at Lombardia Trophy and Shanghai Trophy to start their season, the six-time Italian champions once again start their push to the top of the World podium and will be favored to win in France this week. Their free dance has been a bit of a lightning rod this season so far, and it will be curious to see how the Grand Prix panel receives it.
SILVER Evgenia Lopareva/Geoffrey Brissaud FRA - Back-to-back Grand Prix events for the French champions, GP France will be a chance for Lopareva/Brissaud to perhaps go one step higher on the podium and make their case for the Grand Prix Final. Their always-unorthodox programs were standouts last week.
BRONZE Allison Reed/Saulius Ambrulevicius LTU - Last year, the Lithuanians made some history by taking bronze at their two Grand Prix events and becoming the first skates from Lithuania to win a Grand Prix medal in over a decade. They have eyes toward more medals this season, coming off a win at Trophy Metropole Nice.
4. Emily Bratti/Ian Somerville USA - They are looking to erase their memory banks of the huge free dance error last week that left them in ninth at their opening Grand Prix event. It was especially stinging because they were just coming off of some big scores at Budapest Trophy earlier in October, where they took silver.
5. Eva Pate/Logan Bye USA - Bronze at Lake Placid in July and then again at Trophy Metropole Nice two weeks ago, Pate/Bye had a strong Grand Prix last year. They will be looking to continue to step up as they try to make their case in a deep field of US dance later this season.
6. Katerina Mrazkova/Daniel Mrazek CZE - The Czechs were sixth at Skate America in their second season on the senior ranks. They have matured as a team and continue to bring their trademark power to the table.
7. Leah Neset/Artem Markelov USA - Fifth at Skate America, the World junior champions have been making a solid and consistent debut on the senior circuit. Another free dance like they had in Allen and they could leave with a second top-five finish on the Grand Prix.
8. Marie-Jade Lauriault/Romain le Gac CAN - After winning Lake Placid earlier in the season, the Canadian silver medalists had a tougher time in their Grand Prix debut, missing some levels and making errors on their way to a seventh-place finish.
9. Marie Dupayage/Thomas Nabais FRA - They had a very solid debut domestically with silver at French Masters, but then made mistakes in both programs at Denis Ten Memorial to finish a disappointing eighth.
10. Natacha Lagouge/Arnaud Caffa FRA - The third French team here has put up some of the best scores of their career this season. They were most recently fifth at Trophy Metropole Nice two weeks ago.
